Clad in midnight black armor, Tristienne Myste cuts an imposing figure. Those not intimidated by her dour appearance are likely cowed by her weapon of choice, a greatsword nearly as tall as she is. A self-proclaimed “failed knight,” Tristienne travels across the star, following her own chivalric code and meting out justice as she sees fit.Her outward appearance initially invites wariness and fear, but those who do approach Tristienne discover that the fearsome knight is a woman who strives to live by a code of honor, spreading empathy and kindness wherever her travels may take her. Despite living such a transient lifestyle, Tristienne often leaves an indelible impression upon those whose lives she touches.Her wanderings seem aimless, as if the knight travels wherever the wind may take her. When prodded, even she is unsure of the ultimate goal of her self-imposed quest. Often, her eyes wander to the horizon, as if gazing upon something far out of reach.

Former Ishgardian Knight: For reasons known only to herself, Tristienne renounced her vows of knighthood--but though she may no longer be a knight, she still strives to uphold and live by her own code of honor.By Birth, or by Choice: Her surname "Myste," one given to orphans of the Brume, may strike those more familiar with Ishgardian society as odd. Her mannerisms aren't quite those of neither a noble nor a Brume rat, and her claim to being a former knight may not sit well with some, considering her surname.Memories of War: As a former Ishgardian knight, Tristienne fought in the Dragonsong War up until she renounced her knighthood. Her experiences upon the battlefield have served her well during her travels, especially in her time fighting alongside the Bozjan Resistance.
